We have double density Texturising machines each having 208 positions. These m/cs are suitable for all Polyester yarn products being used for Denim fabrics production like – 360STR, 360BLSTR, 220STR, 230STR, 330STR, 450STR, any other Polyester stretch yarn, 600SD, 600SBR, 450SD, 450SBR, 300SD, 900SD and many other Polyester yarns.

Production capacity of these m/c varies from denier to denier .Average achievable annual production at present is approx 7500 tons and most of production is consumed inhouse within our Weaving sections.

Quality of yarns being produced is monitored by staff round the clock with their constant surveillance of every position of machines,timely maintenance of machines,providing skilled machine operators , yarn inspectors and time to time adjustment of POY properties as per our need by giving feedback to POY suppliers.
